Wet Workout

Mon & Wed       7:00-8:00pm

This is a moderate intensity fast-paced workout in shallow and deep water. Wet Workout focuses on gaining muscular strength and cardiovascular efficiency. Belts are provided. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.
