Redesigning our Pre Natal classes…

 Pre-natal aquatic class:                
This class is designed to keep you in shape throughout your pregnancy.  These conditioning classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and flexibility.  These three components are essential to childbirth.  Exercising in water supports 60 to 70 percent of your body weight in chest deep water while providing both assistance and resistance. Class is facilitated by a Certified AEA Aquatic Professional.

 *A medical release is required for participation.   The release needs to be available at time of class and must be signed by a doctor.

Tuesday 7-8pm
Cost: Members $25/month
Non-Members $35/month

 

Expecting Fitness
Pre-natal Land Class:
Using our Gravity Training System this class is designed to assist with muscular strength, core work and flexibility for a complete workout.*A medical release is required for participation.   The release needs to be available at time of class and must be signed by a doctor.

Thursday 5:30-6:30pm  
Cost: Members $25/month
Non-Members $35/month

 

Post Pregnancy Land Class
New moms gain confidence, discover new friends and get fit while attending these classes.  Theses classes are designed to emphasize exercises that will help return the body to the pre-pregnancy state.  Core, abdominal strengthening, upper, lower body conditioning and corrections to postural weaknesses due to pregnancy will be included. 

Wednesday 6-7pm 
Cost: Members $25/month
Non-Members $35/month
