Spring Swim Lesson Information

Interested in Private Lessons for your child??

Our Basic water fitness classes offer a less intense workout for 45 minutes. Instructors will be focusing on general muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. The basic aqua fitness classes are free with membership.

Our Intermediate aqua fitness classes aqua fitness classes offer a medium to moderate workout for fifty-five minutes. These classes are designed for a medium pace/medium intensity workout in shallow and deep water using training aids. Participants should be comfortable in deep water. Intermediate classes will focus on gaining muscular strength, improving cardiovascular efficiency and improving core body strength Intermediate aquatic fitness classes are free with membership.

Our Advanced aqua fitness classes offer an intense workout for sixty minutes. These classes are designed for a high intensity workout in shallow and deep water using training aids. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.
