Registration and Fee Payment

Registration and payment of fees for aquatic programs takes place in the business office.

 

Registration Deadlines and Class Consolidation
Participants may register for classes, if space is available, until the first day of class.  A late fee will be applied on the first day of class.

Refunds
No program refunds are issue except for documented medical reasons or administrative cancellations.  Refunds or make-up lessons will not be given for cancellations that are out of our control (i.e. snow emergencies, thunder/lightning. etc.)

Transfers
Transfers from one class to another, are only considered for extraordinary circumstances.  Request must be made to the program director at 438-6651 etc.122 least seven days prior to the start of class. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for a class transfer.

Parent Observation Dates
The AJCC Aquatics Center invites parents to come onto the pool deck on the first day of lessons and every 3 weeks to watch class and to encourage their children (six weeks session).  All other times, we respectfully ask parents to remain off the pool deck.  Parents are welcome to sit in the stands by the glass window.

 Class Times and fee’s are subject to change. Please Call the Aquatics Dept. at 438-6651x122 or stop by the pool for the most updated pool schedule, class fees, and times.  Thank you for your cooperation.

No Street shoes are allowed on Indoor pool deck.

Swim Cap Rule:  bathing caps must be worm by anyone whose hair falls below his/her ears or touches his/her collar. 

Policy for thunder/ lightning – For everyone’s safety the indoor pool will close due to lightning, and it will remain closed until 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning, as per the discretion of the Aquatics Director or lifeguard on duty at the time.
