Through our partnership with the Arthritis Foundation, we are pleased to offer this exercise program. Designed for any age individual who suffers from arthritic conditions. This is a group exercise program in warm water to improve one's overall function and daily task performance.

Cost: $25 per month for members and $45 per month for non members
Payment is due on the first of each month - no pro rating

Silver Sneakers Silver Splash Aqua Class.

Silver Sneakers is the nation's largest fitness program designed specifically for older adults. It is a preventive and maintenance program focusing on cardiovascular health, balance & stability, and increased range of motion to benefit daily living.

Open to all AJCC members and Silver Sneakers members / participants.
