Aqua Movements (basic)

This aqua fitness class is held in the shallow water for participants who
are seeking a less intense workout. Classes will use the water's natural
resistance for increasing muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and
cardiovascular efficiency with reduced stress on joints. Safe, effective and
most of all fun!

Wet Workout (intermediate)

- Mon & Wed 7:00-8:00pm
This is a moderate intensity fast-paced workout in shallow and deep water.
Wet Workout focuses on gaining muscular strength and cardiovascular
efficiency. Belts are provided. Participants should be comfortable in deep
water.

Deep Water Fusion (advanced)
Members join in this advanced body conditioning workout! Instructors use the
deep end of the pool to give you a maximum fat burning, muscle toning water
experience. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.

Aqua Boot Camp (advanced)
Members try this intense water workout unlike any other class we
offer. This is a high intensity class in deep and shallow water.
Improve balance coordination, muscle tone and feel the burn 3 times a week!

- Sunday (women only) 11:30-12:15pm
Cost: package of 6 classes $30.00
package of 12 classes $55.00
Packages expire 3 months from purchase date and can be used towards any
advanced aqua classes.
