Our Basic water fitness classes offer a low intense workout for 45 minutes. Instructors will be focusing on general muscle strength, flexibility and endurance.

This aqua fitness class is held in the shallow water for participants who
are seeking a less intense workout. Classes will use the water's natural
resistance for increasing muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and
cardiovascular efficiency with reduced stress on joints. Safe, effective and
most of all fun!

Silver Sneakers is the nation's largest fitness program designed specifically for older adults. It is a preventive and maintenance program focusing on cardiovascular health, balance & stability, and increased range of motion to benefit daily living.
Open to all AJCC members and Silver Sneakers members / participants. (Max. 25)

Deep Water Fusion
- Tues & Thurs 9:20-10:20am
Members join in this advanced body conditioning workout! Instructors use the deep end of the pool to give you a maximum fat burning, muscle toning water experience. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.
