One -on-one, buddy training two-on-one, Small Group Training, and Nutritional Consults.

Postural Assessment-
Pain in one part of the body (i.e. lower back) maybe caused by alignment or postural imbalances. This assessment looks for these imbalances to make the correct exercise prescription. Not what hurts BUT why it hurts!

Full Assessment-
Health assessment screening, including BP, Body fat, BMI and more. "To know where you're going, you have to know where you're starting"

Personal Training Programs-
Fit4Life- Our senior Stretch Program
Slim down Challenge- JCC'S weight loss and weight maintenance program.
Sports Conditioning- speed, agility, and balance program.
