The George Kasselman Fitness Center offers a wide variety of classes for all levels.

Basic Classes: FREE

Chisel (60 min) Resistance for a strong, lean body!!
CycleFit (45-60 min) Spinning for Every Body.
Iron Yoga (60 min) Yoga poses enhanced with dumbbells.
Nia (60 min) A fusion of martial, dance & healing arts. Increase flexibility, strength & balance.
BootCamp (60 min) Be prepared to get an intense hour of boot camp drills.
Power Ball (60 min) A full body workout using the stability ball with a focus on "CORE" muscles.
TurboKick (60 min) Kickboxing plus punching & kicking drills.
Cardio Sculpt (60 min) Intervals of cardio & strength.
Zumba (60 min) Cardio workout to Latin rhythms. Lose pounds to the beat.
Silver Sneakers (45-60 min) The JCC participates in the Silver Sneakers program for Medicare-eligible insured's. Please contact the Membership Office regarding eligibility.

$52.00 for 8 weeks (once per week per class)

Gravity Class* (45 min) Combination of strength and Pilates on our unique Gravity Machines.
Mat Pilates* (60 min) Core work and more. Stretch, strengthen, and lengthen.
Ivengar/Vinyasa Yoga* (60 min)Traditional yoga stretches and poses. Gain strength, balance and serenity.
Piyo* (60 min) Fusion of yoga and Pilates. Stretch and strengthen, then finish with relaxation exercises to leave you feeling soothed and refreshed.
Jazzercise* (60 min) The effective total body conditioning program combining cardio, stretch, and strength that will help you feel great, look terrific, and bring new energy to your life. Jazz dance and today's hottest music.
Golden Eagle Karate* (1.5 hours) Learn confidence, physical fitness and self defense with our Karate program. Founded here at the Center in 1975, this program can reduce stress, and teach discipline in a fun format. Contact Tom Wachunas for rate information.
