**A one time registration fee of $75 is
required. Monthly payments are continuous until a 30-day written
notification of termination is received. Membership will be renewed until
written notice is received. Pay in full and get a 5% discount.

check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Memberships are not refundable or
transferable.
