BBYO
The B'nai B'rith Youth Organization welcomes all 8th, 9th, 10, and 11th
grade Jewish Teenagers to come and create an amazing bond with other Jewish
teens.
B'nai B'rith is the largest international Jewish Youth Group. Our local
Albany chapter is part of the Greater Jersey Hudson River Region. BBYO holds
several conventions throughout the year, which bring together Jewish
teenagers to explore their Jewish identity, take part in competitive
athletics, celebrate the spirit of their chapters.
BBYO meets every Tuesday during the school year at 7:30 pm at the SAAJCC.
Each Spring, BBYO helps plan and promote the annual Sherer Teen Dance for
Jewish Teens. This event, now in its 23rd year, has a state-of-the-art DJ,
great food, and free admission!
Each week our volunteers help serve dinner to the JCC's Senior Adults. Need
Volunteer Credits? Well Join us then on Wednesdays from 4:30pm - 6:15pm.
